Mr. Carl is a dedicated music educator with over seven years of experience teaching trumpet and piano. He focuses on fostering student growth by tailoring lessons to individual needs and utilizing innovative methods to strengthen performance skills and music theory knowledge. His teaching emphasizes core concepts such as harmony, melody construction, and the overtone series, ensuring students build a solid musical foundation. In addition to his teaching at Music and Arts, Mr. Carl has also mentored students as the Visual Caption Head and Brass Instructor at Centennial High School, where he helped elevate the marching band’s performance scores through visually and musically engaging presentations.

Mr. Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from California State University, Fullerton, with coursework in orchestration, composition, and music theory.
