Ms. Judy was born in Taipei, Taiwan but she spent part of her childhood in Costa Rica. She began to learn piano when she was three with a Russian piano teacher, Luda, who built up her foundation in music learning. After moving back to Taiwan when she was 7 years old, she continued her relationship with music. She joined the school ensemble and chorus as an accompanist in her student life. Ms. Judy also attended the Taiwan folk music ensemble and had performed with the group as a keyboard player in the CIOFF folklore music festivals in Portugal, Spain, Belgium, and Poland during 2009-2014.
